White Heron Estate is home to British Cassis, the luxury British liqueur made from juicy berries that have been grown, picked and blended on our family farm for 140 years. Whether you’re at White Heron for a luxury holiday or a corporate event, be sure to take time out for an e-Bike Tour & Tasting experience. You’ll journey through the fields where the Cassis journey began, as well as the vineyards and apple orchards (spectacular when in blossom), tour the Cassiserie and most importantly, taste the fruits of our labour. We also offer walking tours. Enjoy an off-grid dining experience overlooking the vineyards. You will discover lots about the history of the estate, and the wider business including our biodiversity schemes.
