White Heron Estate is home to British Cassis, the luxury British liqueur made from juicy blackcurrants that have been grown, picked and blended on our family farm for 150 years. Whether you’re at White Heron for a luxury holiday or a corporate event, be sure to take time out for an e-Bike Tour & Tasting experience. You’ll go through the very fields where the Cassis journey began, as well as the vineyards and apple orchards (spectacular when in blossom), Most importantly, you’ll be treated to tastings of estate grown drinks. We also offer walking tours. Enjoy an off-grid vineyard picnic with a stunning backdrop. You will discover lots about the history of the estate, and the wider business including our biodiversity schemes.

We’re now taking exclusive-use bookings for teams of 12 to 40 for autumn/winter overnight stays at The Colloquy. With huge dining and reception rooms, and lots of smaller break-out rooms. How does a long-table dinner by candlelight with open fires sound? Beware it can get a little unsettling if you close the evening with our Traitors-style experience…

Nestled in the rolling hills of verdant North Herefordshire, the Whittern Estate is a historic farm with a passion for contemporary decadence. Once a mixed arable farm, the family chose to take the road less travelled: cultivating blackcurrants, a quintessential flavour of the British countryside.
