British Cassis & Framboise
BlackCurrant and Raspberry Liqueur
As a large scale blackcurrant producer, White Heron decided to keep back the cream of the crop for our British Cassis – more fruity, sharper and less syrupy than its better-known French counterpart. The result is a delicious award-winning aperitif. British Framboise is a similarly fruity liqueur made with Herefordshire raspberries. These liqueurs are produced in small batches at our on-site cassiserie.
Sparkling Wine
Our most recent addition is White Heron Estate Sparkling Wine
The finest grapes – Seyval Blanc, Madeleine Angevine and Reichensteiner are grown in our vineyard on the estate. These are delicately balanced using the Charmat method to make an easy drinking sparkling wine, with notes of elderflower and English hedgerow. Perfect for enjoying with friends.
