2.5 hour group walking tour & tasting for 10+ guests. Includes a visit to our Cassiserie to see our award-winning British Cassis being made. Stroll through blackcurrant plantations, vineyards and orchards enjoying the fresh air and tranquillity of North Herefordshire, tasting the fruits at their freshest (in summer), and hear about the history of the estate, and how biodiversity and sustainability initiatives have been introduced in recent years. If we’re bottling Cassis when you’re here, you can bottle your own. A cocktail-making demonstration follows (with sampling!). Price includes a 200ml bottle of British Cassis for every guest.
As an optional extra, the group can choose an off-grid PICNIC (add £25pp) or full off-grid GOURMET FEAST (add £45pp) of fresh, locally sourced, high quality produce. Please note, we are unable to accommodate a mix of picnic and feast bookings, so all group members should book the same meal format. (Any dietary requirements can be included at checkout).

Just sensible clothing and a water bottle. We provide the safety helmet.

A knowledgeable guide will accompany groups of 6+ guests from our cassiserie through orchards, vineyards, and blackcurrant fields.
