Stroll through blackcurrant plantations, vineyards and orchards enjoying the fresh air and tranquillity of North Herefordshire, tasting the fruits at their freshest (in summer), and hear about the history of the estate, and how biodiversity and sustainability initiatives have been introduced in recent years. Includes a visit to our Cassiserie to see our award-winning British Cassis being made. You can bottle your own Cassis while you’re here if we’re bottling at the time. A cocktail-making demonstration follows (with sampling!).

Please ensure you wear suitable clothing and footwear for walking or cycling around the farm, especially if wet.

Minimum group size of 10 people.
A knowledgeable guide will accompany groups of 6+ guests from our cassiserie through orchards, vineyards, and blackcurrant fields. All participants (aged 18+) will be given a 200ml bottle of cassis to take away.
